Tingly Thai Cooking School – Class Schedule BOOKING

Discover traditional Thai ingredients. Learn about fruits, herbs, vegetables, and spices essential for authentic Thai cooking.

  • 09:00 AM – Return to Tingly Thai Cooking School
  • After returning from the local market, we begin the class by preparing fresh coconut milk from real coconuts. You will learn how to squeeze and extract fresh coconut milk by hand, which will later be used in our Thai curry dishes and for making traditional Mango Sticky Rice.

    Next, we will teach you how to properly cook sticky rice using traditional Thai techniques to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.

    Before we start cooking, our instructors will introduce and explain the fresh herbs, vegetables, spices, and ingredients commonly used in Thai cuisine. You will learn how each ingredient contributes to the unique balance of Thai flavors and how they are used in authentic Thai cooking.

    Once everyone is familiar with the ingredients and preparation methods, we will move on to the cooking process step by step with guidance from our experienced local chefs.

Learn traditional preparation techniques, make your own curry paste, and cook authentic Thai dishes from scratch.

⇒ Stir-fried Thai-style noodles with prawns, tamarind sauce, and crushed peanuts

⇒ Traditional Red curry paste made with red chilies, herbs, and spices
Gaeng Phed Gai
⇒ Red curry with chicken, cooked in coconut milk and homemade curry paste

Khao Niew Mamuang
⇒ Sweet sticky rice served with ripe mango and rich coconut cream
