DTV Visa (Destination Thailand Visa)
The Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) is a long-term visa designed for foreign nationals who work remotely (Digital Nomads), participate in Soft Power activities, or seek medical treatment in Thailand. The visa is valid for 5 years, allowing a stay of up to 180 days per entry. Holders are required to maintain a minimum bank balance of 500,000 THB and report to the Immigration Office every 90 days.
Eligible Applicants for DTV Visa
•Digital Nomads & Remote Workers:
Individuals working remotely via the internet from Thailand.
•Soft Power Participants:
Individuals engaging in activities such as Muay Thai training, Thai cooking classes, sports training, medical treatment, workshops, or cultural festivals.
•Dependents (Family Members)
Spouses and children under 20 years old of DTV visa holders.
Applicant Requirements
•Passport with at least 6 months’ validity
•Minimum bank balance of 500,000 THB (or equivalent)
•Proof of current residence
•Employment/Freelance documentation or work contract
•Required passport-sized photographs
