Class Attendance Policy**
In the event that a student is unable to attend a class on the scheduled date and time, the school reserves the right to consider the class as forfeited. We apologize that rescheduling or make-up classes are not available.

Please provide the following documents:
1. A copy of your passport (attached)

2. Please specify the name and the address of the Embassy where you submit your DTV Visa application.

 Kindly ensure all documents are clear and valid. We will begin preparing your DTV letter once we receive the above documents.

♦ How to Apply for the DTV Visa

1. Enroll in Our Thai Cooking Program
Select either our 6-month or 12-month DTV-approved program and complete your registration and payment.

2. Receive Your Visa Support Documents
Within 3 business days after receiving your payment, we will provide all required documents, including your Certificate of Enrollment and Official Course Schedule.

3. Obtain Your DTV Visa
Once approved, you’ll be ready to enjoy your long-term stay in Thailand while immersing yourself in an authentic Thai cultural experience.

 

Please also kindly be informed of our refund policy and conditions :

  • In the case that your DTV visa application is rejected by the embassy, we will issue a refund after deducting a fee of THB 4,500 from amount (covering administration, document preparation, and tax).

Required Documents for Applying for a DTV Visa

1. Passport: Valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of travel.

2. Photograph: Recent, taken within the last 6 months, with a straight face view.

3. Proof of Current Residence: For example, a bank statement.

4. Proof of Financial Means: For instance, a savings account showing a balance of not less than 500,000 THB over the past 3 months, or salary slips for the past 6 months.

5. Proof of Purpose of Stay: Such as an acceptance letter from an institution or company organizing a Soft Power activity (e.g., Thai boxing, culinary courses).
